Chili's seems to have really went downhill. Their portion sizes are smaller with increased prices. I swear the macaroni and cheese my granddaughter got was from a box. The waitress was very efficient and had a great attitude. Food quality just needs some work.

The worse wings that I have ever eaten Rubbery , hard. They tasted old, like perhaps they had been frozen, thawed out;Then refrozen. I had just throw them away. Not worth one star

Probably the best Chili’s experience we’ve ever had! Food came out so fast, and such a great deal with the smokehouse three entrées and two sides. Perfect location, especially if you have kids because service is quick and easy and they give you lots of food. Picture is the food that was left over after we devoured the whole thing.

Service can definitely use some improvement . I understand people have bad days but nobody likes to be greeted with frowns & attitude . Food was great overall as well as a great atmosphere just wish they’d do better with service & manners .

I made a to-go order this afternoon for a 6 piece mozzarella. Once I got home and open the box I realized most of the mozzarella sticks were burned and not cooked properly. We never have this issue when we go in person and I fully believe they would not have served those to us if we were eating in. For them to charge as much as they do for an appetizer I would hope they would at least make the food presentable to every customer.
