Overall, the food was good. And the people working their are kind and hard working. The food was great, especially there caramel milkshake. However, what I didn't like was the bathrooms, there were small toilet doors which gave zero privacy. To sum it all up, it's a great place to eat with great service, but I don't recommend going to the bathroom at this place.

Wouldn’t serve us in the drive thru at 9:40 since they were closing at 10:00, even though we were waiting in line before that. The car before us ordered and was served. :/ disappointing. Not coming back. Would give this zeros stars if I could.

I meant to post this review a few weeks ago but have gotten busy. For my daughters 11th Birthday I was trying to find an Ice Cream cake for her. I tried other places and they were outrageously priced or wanted 48 hours notice. I called this DQ the day prior, spoke with a very nice young man whom took my order and was very polite and helpful. I was told that they likely didn't have time for custom decorating which I was okay with because it was short notice but asked what colors I wanted. When I went to pick my order up the next day I was pleasantly surprised to find a beautifully sprayed cake that was perfect for what I needed. The manager was very nice and polite when I went in to pick up the cake. The cake was also delicious and a huge hit at my daughters birthday party. Thank you for making our experience a positive one!!! I will order again from our local DQ.

Recent experience was horrible, Health inspection needs to shut down ASAP. Called to get my order corrected and they only wanted to replace the burger combo. I ordered 3 ice creams which melted, stake finger and chicken combo with no drink. General manager needs to get involved ASAP. The manager who called didn't want to right the wrong her employees did. Roaches and crickets all in and around the place. Food is cold. Save some time and just pass it up.

Well this was an experience .. let me preface i have been coming to this location for 10 years without incident Today there was some very loud employees having a very loud conversation and dripping F bombs one after another and other colorful language so much so that is all you heard in the dinning area .. I went to get my place my order the girl rolled her eyes an sighed loudly.. I actually apologized and said I just need to make an order if that is okay. She didn't respond . And just glared .. like wow what the ??? So I told her my order . Went an sat down and listen to cuss word after cuss word from the kitchen of the entire staff cutting up.. when they brought out my ice cream .. I told the girl that all that cussing was horrible to listen to .. she never apologized however I will note it most certainly quieted down afterward
Came for ice cream got live action life after lock down.

I went there August 22 at lunchtime and order a hamburger with bacon and fries and a drink. The burger tasted off the bacon was sour. I was so hungry and it had been so long since I have had food poisoning. I forgot how bad it was so I ate the burger, That evening. I got sick and have been on the couch for three days.
They didn't get our order right and charged us for 2 extra burgers we didn't order when we went to get them to fix it a roach was crawling on counter. Never eating there again

Customer service was great. Nice and friendly, but this store has a problem with quality. It’s Texas. It’s summer. It’s 500° outside. No need to fill the cup up to the point it’s overflowing before you leave the store. She didn’t bother to turn it upside-down — for good reason.

At 10:23pm. On a Saturday night, closed? Google shows closing time at 11pm? Someone fix the times on Google, or stay open? Especially after folks are going to places after watching fireworks.
