Been driving by Denny’s in Bastrop for two years. We used to go to Denny’s in Florida allot. Finally pulled in. The inside was clean, roomy, and attractive. I have to admit that the exterior gives the impression that it’s a small and older space. It’s not. We sat in a comfortable booth and had a wonderful breakfast. Food came out quick and the service was top shelf. Our new fav breakfast stop.

The food was very delicious, the kitchen time was a bit slow but it is understandable since the place was full of customers, I suppose for the same reason that it is a good restaurant. Sofia was a great waitress who was attentive to the table at all times. In the end the food arrived and everything was delicious. I recommend T bone with eggs adding mushrooms and onions.

Denny’s in Bastrop, TX is horrible. This business gives Denny’s a bad reputation. We waited over an hour without getting our food and we walked out. The lady server was not attentive and rude. She was multitasking instead of taking care of her customers. We needed cream for our coffee and instead of bringing us a new bowel of creams, she said ti can get it from the nearby table!!! Wow. I have never heard this before. She was so busy removing dirty dishes from other tables that she left us abandoned without coffee and our food. We complained to the so called Manager and he had this stupid face, he did not care!!! We don’t recommend this Denny’s in Bastrop. Shame on them!!!

I’m really disappointed in my service today. Server never came to check on us, food was cold and to top it off, my kids and husband’s drinks went completely empty. She was very short and rude. I understand most situations but this was my first and last experience at this dennys.

Had a blessed time at Dennys. The service is outstanding and the waitresses are attentive and take your order quickly. My waitress Sofia is always consistent and displays a level of grace and appreciation to her customers. Highly recommend her. Bless her and everyone at the Bastrop Dennys.

Great breakfast this morning. Did not wait long to be seated and waited on. Our waitress so nice and helpful. She was great. I would definitely come back and recommend others :)
Our waitress(Joyce) did not mind our selection of humor, although, she was busy, she managed to keep a very personable demeanor and went out of her way to make sure that we were satisfied from the time entrance into the establishment until we were exiting the the building.

Nice and quiet area. I believe I made it at Lunch time pretty busy. Was seated and waitress took a min to come back, so we told them nicely we was ready to order. Manger came very nice guy Social. Order was taken. Great customer service. I did not like that NO ONE wore hair nets. After that I was discussed. Not here to talk bad about the place just my honest opinion. They need a new cook.
