Arrived at 6:30 am. Asked for a sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel not toasted with an order of hash browns. Got to the window, said they didn’t have any egg, wanted to charge me full price. Drive away. A few days ago, they couldn’t print me a receipt. Poorly managed. Go anywhere else.

Great food, but they always forget something in the drive-thru that (if you catch it in time) means you have to go in to get it fixed.
Young staff, so I get it, but they need a better procedure for checking that everything you paid for is in the bag.
The prices feel high for what you get as well, but that's not the fault of the location, but corporate, I'm sure.

I ordered a Mocha Hot Fudge and specifically requested extra drizzle, for which I was charged extra. However, as you can see in the picture I uploaded, there’s no sign of the extra drizzle on my drink. I paid extra for something I didn’t receive! On top of that, the taste is awful—it’s watered down and lacks flavor. The staff needs better training to ensure orders are prepared correctly and meet quality standards.

I put in an online order. It took 25 minutes to get one coffee. I ordered two coffees , got one. Why they didn’t make both of them at the same time I don’t know the Dunkin’ Donuts needs to either hire more people on the weekends. Or have people that can actually do what they need them to do seem like everybody that was working on the day that I went in was running around like a chicken with her head cut off had no idea how to make coffee no idea how to even package donuts, the drive-through line is atrocious! So consider this a public service announcement because you may or may not get your coffee. I feel bad if you put in a large order.

Never updates their website so that when you do online ordering you know exactly what they have in the store and then they treat you like you're the stupid one. Well, maybe you should have what you offer correct instead of "Well, we'd have to go back in and fix it" Exactly! You are supposed to update your web page as to what you currently have available. You do not need to have something on your website saying it's available when it is not.
I ordered a 3 scoop sugar cone, as per the pic on the menu board, the person I spoke to did not say"I'm sorry we have no large cones" when he handed it to me, my 3scoops were on the smallest cone they had, I didn't think about it, untell it started to melt. Not happy

I come here often - few days a week. I’d say half the time, I get a completely messed up order.
Most recently, I ordered my caramel iced coffee life and sweet with my bacon egg and cheese bagel. I get to the window & I don’t see a slip on the coffee showing the flavor and sugar. I ask politely if this was caramel (last time it was just regular coffee) and she assured me it was. Drove off & it was another regular coffee with no caramel. Drove back around and got it resolved. Made the mistake of not checking the bag because when I grabbed my bagel - it wasn’t a bacon egg and cheese but a bagel with cream cheese. Completely wrong order all away around. This happens frequently. If it was here and there, I wouldn’t make a stink about it let alone a review but I do think employees need to be more detail oriented and practice listening better.

I order a blueberry blended coffe and they gave me an iced coffee which is not a big deal. But coffee definitely didn't taste like blueberry just coffe and ice. This has happened twice in the bastrop location and Kyle location. Dunking you have to do better.
