Worst experience in a restaurant I’ve had in a long time. I don’t write a lot of reviews but this one deserved it 100%. My plate was dirty (it had old chicken and sauce from someone else’s prior meal stuck to the plate. When I sent it back without eating it the waiter told me to eat around it and that the food was ok. Not with me. After I refused the waiter said the manager told me to not come back. I paid for my drink and left. Nasty! For. Behavior and cleanliness.

It was very busy, but the service was quick, and food tasted great. We first came to this restaurant about 25 years ago when we moved to the area. We've long since moved away, but eat here when we're in town.

Tried for the first time the other day and food was good. Staff were friendly and polite. They were quick refilling drinks and chips and salsa. Food was free and hot.

Actual authentic Mexican food, which is (surprisingly) hard to find in Texas, where everything is Tex-Mex or just tacos. Food and service were great. Employees were friendly and very fast. Pricing is fair. I am very glad I stopped at Guadalajara and will be back.

I had a combination plate that included a cheese chile relleno and an enchilada; both were good, as was the flan for dessert. The poblano had been seeded, which I appreciated. Service was good, which isn't always the case when I dine alone with a book. This place seems to be popular. My first time here, and I look forward to returning to try the mole.

I changed my rating. I just got chicken flautas. They shoved some chicken fajita in there and called it a day. Not chopped not seasoned. Dry chicken meat in a tortilla. That is some shamefully lazy cooking. Awful. Got nachos not long ago, and I could see the melted American cheese square on top. If they had ancestors who actually cooked...I promise you, they are weeping.
