Overall I am happy with the store but the meat market and curbside service needs to step up their game. I got 2 packages of cube steak and one looks like thin cut chicken nugget sized pieces and the other is normal sized and thickness. The cutter should have known better and the person who worked the order should have known better Also, the meat dept seldom has more than 1 or 2 choice packer briskets. They will have 8 or 10 "wagyu" and Prime briskets but those are sinificantly more expensive.

Keep getting Bugs in our lettuce! Supposedly washed (yes I know to wash produce but don’t expect INFESTATIONS IN LETTUCE) etc but live bugs apparently don’t wash off and this isn’t the first time even though I keep buying different brands.

The people at this store are rude little kids who need a whippin and go to work at a company who tolerates laziness, rudeness to customers , just plain ignoramce all the way around including mgmt. I do not shop at HEB I shop at Wal Mart in Bastrop, a much different experience

I live the HEB Bakery. I can have a simple cake ordered, and they always make it delicious and pretty! The staff are so sweet!

I like all the natural foods and remedies, mostly. You can't get that just anywhere. I also like the Select brands they sell. That said, I just bought some HEB brand Premium Mediterranean Sea Salt. It would not pour through the holes. I had to pry the lid off with pliers, and then repackage it in order to use the salt.

very disappointed that the GM David, made an employee go and put something back on the shelf that I had called the store to hold for me since when I arrived home, my single bagged heavy items fell threw the bag and shattered in my driveway. There weren't many of them left, and after my 30-minute drive home, I was hopeful that I would be able to go back and buy said items that I needed and when I went in today. I was informed that David didn't approve for my item to be held back. It's super disappointing because now that item is out of stock and no way to replace something that should've been double bagged or triple bagged in the first place. So thank you, David, for that. Bravo ??
