Got there when it was pretty busy for dinner.
I got the heart attack and the bento box. The food is consistently delicious, as always! The service is great, and thanks to Yubi, he was very helpful! He took my order before the big parties got theirs. LoL. It was always a great experience.

We came in just bushed from a camping trip. The staff were super nice, the food fresh, & the ambiance of this little family friendly place is soothing, & we had a great meal!

The salmon nigiri was pretty good , nice thick slices of salmon. A-little disappointed they don’t have any beer on draft, but bottled Sapporo was just fine. Didn’t care for the crazy crunch roll, insides were very mushy. The snow crab tempura roll was delicious though. Would stop by again if I was in town.

Over priced for the portions and taste! The sesame is not spicy and is not fried crunchy and the sauce is not sticky like it should be. The egg-rolls and hot and sour soup were decent.

Food is amazing? I’ve gone there three times already and was greeted by everyone. They’re very friendly and the food comes out very fast. Tastes delicious and is always consistent. Decently priced and lots of options!

Great sushi, wish it was larger inside. Still 5 stars for outstanding sashimi, sushi roll options for every taste.

Parking: Have to compete with the Mexican restaurant next door, but I've never had a problem finding parking.

Some of the best attentive staff I know of. Even in Austin. Food was decent enough I'd happily go back. For my review readers, my bill was 170 bucks for three people, but and I can't stress this enough, worth every penny.

The food here at Kyoto in Bastrop is good. In my opinion, some of the best Asian cuisine (Japanese/Chinese) you can find. My family loves the orange chicken as well as their large variety of sushi!
It's a small restaurant so it might not hurt to call ahead to see if you can get a table.
