This place is awesome. Karen was extremely welcoming as soon as I stepped foot inside. She had some amazing recommendations and let me know that everything is made IN HOUSE and that they had breakfast AND lunch specials. I ended up ordering the seafood platter which comes with so much food and was perfectly seasoned. Service and food amazing. 10/5 would come again!

Thanksgiving of 2023 my husband and I were traveling on bicycles with our dog looking for work and a place to live and it was really cold it was getting dark and we had traveled a long ways already we made it from La Porte Texas with bicycles trailers and our dog and my husband went in and asked if he could do some dishes for some food that night and the lady seen me and the dog out there and allowed us to eat she gave us a meal that was wonderful her heart is amazing of my life and truly one of the best meals of our life! Highly recommend the pork steak! ♥️ We have now found our place in life have jobs and are doing well and we were hungry it could be that night and she gave us a very Happy Thanksgiving! Food is good. Servers are super nice. Always friendly and enjoy taking an extra minute to check in on you. The place is small with a bit of a 'hole-in-the-wall' vibe, but it’s worth it. The daily specials are a great way to try out their menu without spending a whole lot.

This place used to be awesome and now it's trash. I ordered the whole tilapia and they gave me catfish fillets and the chili con queso is gritty and nasty and the staff seemed like they knew they were serving me trash and the wrong food but didn't say anything because they just wanted my money. I will never eat here again and wouldn't recommend anyone to try it.it was so good before they changed owner or staff or whatever happened.

It's a really great local place for breakfast. Nothing too fancy here, but the #1 breakfast plate for only $5.99 is a great deal. The chips and salsa are amazing, so be sure to ask for them. Perfectly cooked eggs, hashbrowns, and bacon. Awesome service as well. I will definitely be back. The atmosphere is exactly what you would expect, I love these kinda places.

Parking: You can park at the Twin Liquor store and walk over.

Very good place to grab a bite. Service was outstanding and food was very good. No frills just good ol' service and food. I would make one suggestion... They need to fix the signage some lights were out. Otherwise its worth it!!!

Family owned restaurant with home cooked Mexican food and awesome service. All of our food was very delicious. Not many tables but also not cramped. The outside appearance doesn’t match the wonderful food! We will be back!
