the night shift is absolutely horrible and do not care. You will most likely not get your food after 10pm. especially later. we door dash and have had so many people cancel because they rather laugh and joke around and ignore all the customers. managers don't seem to care either. we were the third in line at drive through around 2.30 am and waiting almost 20 minutes if not longer. the person canceled their order because it was taking to long meanwhile we can hear them laughing...read full review
Went through drive through. Person was not clear as to where we should pull up to. When I went in to get to the food,I had the bag of food thrown onto the counter, and the person turned and was walking away. When I asked for ketchup, I was told that she was too busy and walked away. Didn’t wait to check to make sure that it was even my order When I reached behind where they had a tray that had condiments on it. I got yelled at and was told that I shouldn’t be behind the counter....read full review
