Went through drive through. Person was not clear as to where we should pull up to. When I went in to get to the food,I had the bag of food thrown onto the counter, and the person turned and was walking away. When I asked for ketchup, I was told that she was too busy and walked away. Didn’t wait to check to make sure that it was even my order When I reached behind where they had a tray that had condiments on it. I got yelled at and was told that I shouldn’t be behind the counter. I wasn’t behind the counter. I was just reaching to get me some Ketchup and whenever I told them this, they told me it’s right there EXTREMELY RUDELY. I told them that I would be calling corporate and they told me to have fun with that. Never in my life have I ever been treated so rudely and disrespectfully by a food service industry

I will start off with, I should not have to ask for napkins in the drive through line. Obviously, I’m eating on the go, and napkins should be added without having to ask. Not to mention, the lady pouring my drinks gave it to me with soda all over the sides. I didn’t make a fit as I figured I’d just use the napkins in the bag and clean it. Consequently, I don’t have any napkins to clean the mess from my cupholder, or even have a napkin to clean up myself after eating. Also, when has McDonald’s not had a quarter pounder burger with cheese? Apparently, they were out when I decided to go!? Thanks guys, I really appreciate it. I’m fed up with all this crappy customer service businesses everywhere and nobody taking pride in making the people who spend money on their business happy.

I just ordered a sweet tea and there was no body in the place but the workers the lady that took my order could have made my drink, but instead it was stretch and Flex Time and I was not part of that routine. After 10 min I finally got my tea from someone in the back that was actually working.

I ordered a big mac with no pickles and I got pickles on it. Besides taking it up there to turn it in I didn't want to waste it so I ate it with out the pickles asked for a manager and he asked what I wanted to do I told him u wanted my money back for the buger. He laugh at me saying I ate it so no money back. Then told me he will replace the burger I told him I dont want a replacement that I wanted a refund because people do mess up stuff when you send food back. So I walk away to my table to leave he brings me the burger anyways and tells me this is what I get. They also gave me diet coke when I wanted a regular coke. He didn't do anything about that. All I wanted was my money back for the sandwich and possibly the soda. Nothing was done but a wasted sandwich. That is what I was trying to avoid. You know they did something to that burger.

Store empty Big Mac ordered no pickles had pickles on it .. asked for refund and was told no by management and the cashier chimed in with a unnecessary comment about the burger being half eaten 🙄.. lost appetite left burger .. never returning to Bastrop McDonald's
