Okay so I'm not one to complain but this morning about 7:30am my husband and I are sitting in a booth by the windows. Woman comes with cleaner. I assume she's cleaning the table behind me. I told my husband the cleaner smelled nice. All of a sudden the woman starts spraying and squeegy-ing the window right by my head. Casually getting spray on me. Literally right beside me...over me. Can yall please not have them spraying and cleaning the windows over people?

They forget something almost every time I come. Then have to turn around (more gas) to get what I paid for and what they forgot. They even told me once they needed to check cameras… if they stopped clearing the board before actually getting orders out then they wouldn’t be so forgetful.

Because this is located on a busy corner, it makes the drive thru very Congested. My hope is that they get a remodel to cure this. A 30min. Wait in line when I am using the app is way too long.

the night shift is absolutely horrible and do not care. You will most likely not get your food after 10pm. especially later. we door dash and have had so many people cancel because they rather laugh and joke around and ignore all the customers. managers don't seem to care either. we were the third in line at drive through around 2.30 am and waiting almost 20 minutes if not longer. the person canceled their order because it was taking to long meanwhile we can hear them laughing and messing around at the drive thru window with the vehicle that was there. 3rd in line. over 20 minutes. canceled order and we had to leave.

A 40 minute wait for mcdonalds is absolutely insane. I cant even cancel since the order was through the app. This is ridiculous.
The store manager, leana. she was an angel to my boyfriend. I made an order at home, and he went to pick it up, and this Hispanic lady was beyond rude to him saying he cant have my order. but leana stepped in and helped out and gave it right to him.

Bastrop Texas location, We ordered 2 plain double cheese burgers. 2.large vanilla latte's. We told them that they doubles were for my dog that was with me. We received 2 single budgets loaded w extra mustard onions and large cups inside filled inch shprt medium coffees. Horrible service at thos location after 6 pm. We don't have this issues with other locations.

The night shift needs to be replaced!!!! None of them take their job serious and the food is always disgusting and old with no time stamps on it! Every NIGHT I go there I have to go back to have the food replaced! My food is always good in the day time but the night crew doesn't take their job serious AT ALL and I'm tired of dealing with the laziness if you're not gonna take your job serious QUIT!!!
