I will start off with, I should not have to ask for napkins in the drive through line. Obviously, I’m eating on the go, and napkins should be added without having to ask. Not to mention, the lady pouring my drinks gave it to me with soda all over the sides. I didn’t make a fit as I figured I’d just use the napkins in the bag and clean it. I just ordered a sweet tea and there was no body in the place but the workers the lady that took my order could have made my drink, but instead it was stretch and Flex Time and I was not part of that routine. After 10 min I finally got my tea from someone in the back that was actually working.

Very busy location. New concept of ordering items on the menu within the restaurant, computerized system with pictures.
One of the employees was quite helpful because the one item I wanted (specialized, hot caramel coffee) was not on the menu.
Suggestion: Have someone in the lobby to assist with individuals who are unable to complete their transaction for obvious reasons.
