This restaurant is not following CDC guidelines. Staff are not being screened when there shift starts. Apparently the manager does not care if employees come in to start there shift without taking there temperatures. The staff need to be screened! They interact with customers and they deliver pizzas out to customers houses.

The service was great. I called to place the order the lady on the other side of the phone knew my name even though I haven't ordered in about 2 years. She was knowledgeable and helpful. She provided directions to the physical store. When I arrived to pick up the employees inside greeted me and had my pizza hot and ready. The pizza as always yummy.

I greatly appreciate the personnel at Papa John's who are making the pizza and to the delivery people who are getting out during this trying time. The delivery driver was prepared to set up for me to get our pizza's with no contact between us.

Very poor service! I’m regretting to rate it as one star just to review! The guy behind the counter was rude and refused my method of payment by cash. With no explanation, just dirty looks and a strong creepy vibe. I was extremely uncomfortable.. I had to cancel my order and leave immediately. I will never go there ever again. At any location! No more papa johns
