I had never dined in a pizza hut before but this experience was exceptional. Kristina has by far some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The atmosphere was nice and the restaurant is clean. The regular pepperoni pizza was better than ordering to-go. I will definitely return here.

Always wondered if this was an old school buffet locations when i drive by. Finally came inside to find out and sure enough it is! Been here for 70 years, one of the originals! (Buffet was taken away bc COVID) When we came to try the dine in, our server Kristina had such amazing energy from first greeting us 😊 She was so friendly and talked to us about the menu, daily deals and history. She was so generous and gave us free breadsticks. I love her service. The food was made fresh and we loved the dine-in experience. Will definitely be back! Thank you Kristina ❤️

Mediocre pizza, service lackluster. They don't offer coupons and will gladly charge $20 a pizza knowing they have on-going deals.

The Cruzan Potatoe
Ordered pizza on app. Said it would take 16 minutes. About 20 minutes later I saw it said my order is ready. On my way there I took a drive thru downtown before picking up. Got there and there was a small line of customers to pick up complaining about how long they are taking. I got up to the counter gave them my name and showed them on the app where it said order is ready. The employee says let me check on that. Came back and said it’s in the oven and it will take about 15 min. I waited 35 minutes, asked a different employee and they came back and said it’s in the oven, give it about 15 min. I asked to speak to a manager, 2 minutes later I get my order and no manager ever came to talk to me. Never using this Pizza Hut again!!!!

Honestly very surprised in a good way. Friends wanted pizza for a football game and someone suggested we try Pizza Hut. I was nervous because the reviews I read were mixed. I thought it tasted pretty good. Delivery went through without a problem and my pizza tasted good, and it looks like everything was delivered to me with care. I’ll definitely consider these guys again in the future.
I placed order online about 3-4 times I figured it didn’t go in but I ordered in person in end. the lady that helped me was so damn nice it turned my day around completely. Think her name was Kristin, she helped me n hooked me up and was so pleasant even my husband noticed I was more cheery and said I really needed it at that moment. Food was delicious and that extra candy got my kids smiling.

It's been a long time since I've ordered Pizza Hut delivery. It took a very long time to be delivered, but the most disappointing part of the experience is that I had a long hair baked into my delicious tasting hamburger melt and my pizza looked like it was put together from a few other pizzas. The pizza was nowhere near as fresh as the melt, albeit less hairy. *sad face*

I placed my order for Delivery at 5:18pm. The app said it would be delivered at 5:48pm. By 6:10pm I called to check on my order. I was told 20mins. By 6:42pm I called again to find out the status of my delivery. The manager on duty Brandy, was extremely inhospitable. I asked for the status of when my food would be delivered. She proceeded to tell me that it didn’t matter where I am located, that my food while arrive after the other orders. She then went on to tell me that my order came in after “20” other pizzas. When I called her out on her being rude she wanted to repeat everything over again. She then told me that my food was taken with 4 other deliveries (which is all I wanted to know was that my food was on the way). I tipped my delivery driver $15 on 40 because it’s not his fault. He did his job, and in the pouring rain. I made sure to talk to him and tell him he is appreciated. He was extremely sweet
