After being clients of Roccos for almost 4 years, last night we had a really bad experience with the owner “male”. I was 5 minutes late to pick up my order after closing time and he told me in a unfriendly tone “I put your order in the garbage” with his back turned and locking the door he said nothing else. I always dine at Roco’s Hot Wings and had an amazing experience! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. I love the stuff there aren’t too many restaurants that remember your name and let alone your order.
