I had the Green Tea/Lemonade with Strawberry syrup and it was excellent. Definitely going to try the coffee next time (I've heard nothing but good things about it) I will be back for sure 🤘🏽

Posting for strong latte & matcha lovers! If you’re looking for a dark green, ceremonial grade matcha, Sunshine is the only place in Bastrop area to get it right! Also pictured is an iced oat milk latte w/honey & an xtra shot! My husband & I love this location and we can’t recommend it enough! Add-on 5 months later: I feel as if they changed the matcha they use, it’s still okkayyyy but it’s definitely fallen a couple pegs on the quality. I’ve gotten more than a few not so good drinks lately, not sure if it’s a quality issue or whoever has been making the drinks :) Honorable mention is the Swiss Roll latte & an iced oat sun milk latte! ;) Happy sips!

Really good coffee, and the baristas are absolutely wonderful!
They have a lot of fun lattes, including year round- Swiss roll and cinnamon- and some seasonal- fluffer nutter and brown butter pumpkin latte-
The fluffer nutter is really good, sometimes peanut butter lattes can either be chalky or just not taste like peanut butter, but Sunshine Sister Coffee succeeds where so many have missed! In other words, the fluffer nutter is so good, we went back the next day to get another 🫣
It's always fun to try local coffee shops, and this one is a winner for my books :) if you're passing through Bastrop, it's a must stop!

Was visiting family in Bastrop and needed a coffee boost, so I looked for something local, and came upon this little gem of a coffee truck. Amazing selections and even better coffee. They have lots of great selections and even a seasonal menu. Tried a pistachio latte and I can’t stop thinking about it. My go to spot when in town. Wish I got more pics, but was too busy enjoying by latte🥰
