Update: I enjoy this place very much but have to say it depends on who is working the food truck. Today I ordered two plates one of enchiladas and the other carnitas. The enchiladas were okay. Not a lot of flavor, the carnitas was ok. The meat was not as tender as I think it should be. Carnitas has been great in the past. It was supposed to come with tortillas but they forgot them. It just depends on who's working. I hate to say it, but the gentleman that was working tonight...
I loved coming to tacos el Fercho because the was very good I tried the enchiladas and they were so delicious and the service was so great the person that took my order was friendly and kind and there is free parking so much space and the food there wasn’t so expensive and I had a great experience.
WOW!!!!! If I could give this 10 stars I would. BEST tacos I’ve had in Bastrop hands down. The papas a la Mexicana is the tastiest I’ve ever eaten. The homemade salsa is absolutely delicious. Y’all gotta try them out!!!
