This was my first time ordering from this place. I’m only posting because I already called the restaurant to try to remedy this matter. I placed an order over the phone for 2 thai teas with brown sugar boba. I’ve order this plenty of times in my lifetime at plenty of other cafes. I know what the balls look like. What I got was clear balls. I know how funny this sounds and thinking it was an honest mistake I called and let them know I have clear balls in my drink and the lady told me they should be brown, I let her know mine were clear and she said no they are brown and I said no the ones in my drink are clear and there was a pause she said oh that’s brown sugar boba. I know the wrong balls went into my drink and a mistake is a mistake but she didn’t have to lie and about these clear balls being brown sugar boba.

They charged for 4 drinks that we got and only gave us 3 we were really nice and even gave them 15 percent tip ther was even one girl not working she was only talking to the other 2 girls they didn't want to give us the other drink that we paid for so we left.

Use extreme caution if you have allergies as they are unaware of ingredients & were not willing to confirm if the powered nondairy milk used had sweeteners or additives in it. The first time I had milk tea boba was while dining in at Lab C. The lady that brought me my drink was kind and the drink was good. The second time we walked into tea valley. No customers in sight. The young girl took our order. Her demeanor was not one bit welcoming. Ordered a milk tea with boba. Tasted like I was just drinking cows milk. Not even sweet one bit. The tapioca was fine. Our other drink taro was super dark purple meaning too much powder ratio. I asked for another straw because one of the two we had was defective and if I poked the drink any harder than I already was, it would've spilled everywhere and I'm sure she would've hated her job even more. The young girl literally threw the straw towards me at the counter. I kind of stopped and stared at her after picking up the straw and she just turned away. I would've said something then and there, but I figured she's young and maybe new. She could learn a thing or two about customer service. This is pretty much the only boba shop until you reach austin. I most likely won't be coming back even though I was super excited to find one near me. The experience that that employee just left a sour taste in my mouth
We got the Red drink with Aloe Vera boba and a Jasmine milk tea. Total was about $15 but way worth it! The red drink with Aloe Vera was soooo good highly recommend. Great drinks! The girl on the phone was pretty cool ?

Not my cup of tea.Probably my fault for searching for a Tea House and having no idea this is not a traditional tea cafe.So, few decaf or hot teas available, and a very loud environment (tv/music).Not a relaxing kind of place. I would have dined in but the noise level was so high that I took it to my car.

The boba tea was really good but the store itself had such a strong smell of grease/mold it even stuck on my hair and clothes after maybe 5-10 minutes waiting for my drink. Will not go back.

I'm new at ordering boba and the girls here instead of helping you out and understand, they just get all annoyed, roll their eyes and don't even try. I'll stick to starbucks, they're always very friendly there. Even though the tea here has great flavor. That's the only reason I'm giving it 3 and not 1 star

I used to buy their teas all the time then I stopped for a while, today I tried to go to labc and they said they moved here, so I did I like the place and love that they got a kids playing area. Sadly when I ordered my tea I asked how long would it take because I had kids with me and the cashier said she didn’t know so I continued to ask 10? 20? Maybe 30 minutes? She said 30 so I came back around 20 minutes after when I went to pick it up it didn’t have ice so I asked and the girl and just said well it’s been ready for a long time ? I was like oh okay you told me 30 minutes and she just said yeah ??\\u200d♀️ ? I’m not even mad but definitely won’t waste my time and money on a hot ? so if you visit here just make sure you don’t have anything to do after and stay close if not you will get a hot ??
