I came in at the tail end of lunch (specials end at 2:30pm), and was immediately seated and served. The staff are attentive without being pushy.
I ordered the Tempura Shrimp roll, the Philly roll, and the Tonkatsu Ramen. During lunch they have great prices on multiple rolls which includes soup. The sushi rolls were fresh and flavorful. The ramen had a rich broth and delicious chashu pork on top. It's about time Bastrop got a ramen restaurant, I'm so glad it's authentic too.
I absolutely recommend Volcano and will be back again!
Update: I have been back several times since opening and the consistency of the food and service is always top notch. I've come during weekends, weekdays, lunch, and dinner. Delicious, fast service at very reasonable prices. For the price of a fast food meal you could come have a delicious bowl of ramen just as quick. I always recommend Volcano to locals and out of towners alike.

Food came out quickly but Soft drinks tasted like their machine is dirty, I re-ordered a different fountain drink and it had a moldy aftertaste.
