Professional, rapid speed service, and family owned. Food is great all around. Lunch specials are more than fair (cheaper than Whataburger) and the quality and quantity is more than you need. Highly recommended!
08/2025 update: I’m very happy to report that Volcano has listened to all the initial feedback from the Bastrop community and made multiple adjustments that really raise the level of their food offerings! As the original pictures show, the visual appeal was always spot-on, but now the dishes truly taste as amazing as they look.

I ordered the Tempura Shrimp roll, the Philly roll, and the Tonkatsu Ramen. During lunch they have great prices on multiple rolls which includes soup. The sushi rolls were fresh and flavorful. The ramen had a rich broth and delicious chashu pork on top. It's about time Bastrop got a ramen restaurant, I'm so...
