After Wendy’s, redid their menu a couple years ago their quality and customer service has improved greatly.
That does not apply to this location. I’ve been here five times. They have messed my order up every single time. Nobody speaks English. It is impossible to get customer service at this location. This is just a horrible location, which sucks because I do like Wendy’s when I find a good Wendy’s and I don’t live to a good Wendy’s outside of this one of which this one is terrible.
I’m not usually the kind of guy to give a review but the one thing this location does Wright is their breakfast. It’s the only thing they do right is their breakfast and it’s the only reason I go to this location.
For some reason, this location is now opening at 9 o’clock in the morning and they’re no longer serving breakfast at all so now there is just no reason that she’ll go to this establishment for this business and I will never return or even try to return now that they’ve gotten rid of the one thing that was actually really freaking good. Very sad.

Y'all should be embarrassed to serve and charge people for these awful burgers. Haven't been to Wendy's in forever and not having a single person ordering or eating should have been a sign. Ordered a single Baconator and was pre-made junk and I can put up with any fast food. burgers. Avoid even if starving.

Test your frys before leaving and they will give you fresh ones if not good. Be sure to ask for ketchup 😋

Service has gotten worse. I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger biggie bag through the drive thru. When I opened my wrapper I felt that my bun was hard as if it was stale, I returned to the store to get a new burger but was ignored by everyone and got a mean stare from each of the staff. I waited patiently until someone finally helped me and still got serviced as if I was the problem. I addressed the issue and they made me a new burger but once I received my order, the women in charge just rolled her eyes at me and ignored my issue. I worked for fast food for 6 yrs and this here is not good customer service. Will passing the word so no one will have to face this unsuspectedly. Store manager name given was Anahi. A receipt was not given to for my order. Time of occurrence was 7/20/25 @ 1ish. Wendy’s please do better with your employees. I will be writing more reviews.

The food was good service was fast and I only give them a 3 star because they didnt give me a receipt and I expense my meals when out of town. But I had no issue with food or service other than that

Friendly staff
Ordered 2 Baconators and fries. Fries were acceptable but how on earth do you put out Baconators and forget to include the bacon on the sandwiches? That’s a special kind of fail.
Soggy lettuce
Went through drive thru asked for 2 burgers a large fry and 6 piece nugget for my child, they forgot the 6pc and refuse to give refund, they stated I had to go all the way back to the store for a refund, and to top all of that off the food was not hot at all and the fries were stale.
