Today a grown man who works here treated my child disgustingly. She was there to pick up her food, he told her it would be 30 minutes. Her food was sitting right there in front of him. He was extremely rude for no reason.

We stopped in after walking out of Chipotle because it was filthy and were very happy with our experience here. The food was decent and the server, Ashton, was extremely friendly and we noticed how hard he was working. He went out of his way to make sure guests were satisfied with the food and when he was not taking orders he was meticulously and efficiently cleaning the tables and even the walls. Give this kid a raise and hire more like him!

I've been here 3 or 4 times and it is a crappy experience. I always place order online and it's never ready by the time provided in the confirmation. Learned to just wait 30 minutes.
Once they gave my order to someone else and we legit had to tell them, to remake our order. Then they said they were out of chicken strip but miraculously we had strips when we got home.
Another visit all my wings had broken bones and it made it taste horrible, like the bone marrow.
It's always crowded and the customers suck and just walk ahead of other that have been in line forever.
Staff are extremely slow. It took 3 people 10 mins to figure out where someone's order was when it was in the cashiers hand. Staff playing around in restaurant area hollering about who's going to some concert.
Definitely do not recommend!

They don’t use heat lamps or Microwave since they keep your wings warm by shutting off the A/C and making the entire establishment an oven.
Apparently the employees have had deal with these conditions for an entire month.

I dropped all my food on accident as soon as I got it and one of the ladies working there noticed and was super sweet and gave me another meal for free to replace the one I dropped. Very tasty once I actually got to eat it haha.

Past couple of days it feels like it’s over 90 degrees inside their Bastrop location. The AC isn’t working & they seem to be doing nothing about it. I feel horrible for the poor staff. I can only imagine what the temperature is in the kitchen!! Fix this please.

Black gentlemen with tattoos on his left arm looked high by his slow speech, slur, and movement. Spilled hot sauce from the wings all over the bag which caused it to leak and stain my floor mat as well dipped his finger in the wing sauce.
