This was terrible! The cashier was less than helpful! Had no interest in taking our order, was more interested in talking to his buddy! Then we waited 30 mins for our food when there was only 1 person in front of us and when we got it... it was all cold! To top it all off the bathroom smelled like weed! Very disappointed in the direction this establishment has gone!

My order was all wrong and even when I explained to the manager he was just being really rude his name was Steven and Casey was actually tryna help but Steven just literally wouldn’t let her satisfy the customer really unprofessional and no I’m not happy I love wingstop and I spend a lot of money with them so for wingstop to handle the situation unprofessionally is something really wrong 😣

We ordered delivery through Wingstop. They contract out their deliveries to DoorDash. They allowed some random person to pick up our food and never deliver it. Then when we called to try and resolve it, they said only DoorDash could issue the refund. When we called DoorDash they said only Wingstop can give the refund. Such a nightmare. Two hours later and we’re still on the phone trying to figure this out. Thanks for nothing. We just moved to town, we will not be returning.

Ordered a meal deal and 2 extra tenders. Order was made quick and got home to eat and everything besides the cajun corn was burnt. Fries were burned and tasteless. Every tender we got was overcooked and all different sizes. I grabbed plain boneless wings for my son and they were all overcooked and dry. I dont know why this happened i usually never have issues with my order.
We ordered online, arrived when told our food was estimated to be ready at 8:50 pm. We did not have food in our hands until 9:18 pm. After sitting in the restaurant and waiting for almost 30 minutes, we opened the box to see that our wings had barely any sauce on them. They were coated mainly in grease, barely any flavor. Our fries were mostly broken, burned pieces seemingly from the bottom of the frier. We will not be coming back. This was the 3rd chance we gave this location. Don’t waste your time or money!

Never had a problem. But this time I was disappointed. I placed online order flavor I requested was not available online it said nothing. They decided to give me a random flavor and not say anything or give a call saying flavor is not available. We’re in Texas . Everything is a far distance from place to place. Other than that never had problems . Wasn’t very professional to not let customer know.

This WingStop was so good to us! We had thirteen students with us for a band region event, and Linda, Connell, Isaac, Caden and Brian took care of all our orders swiftly and accurately! Props to Connell for getting Grant extra ranch! The voodoo fries were magical and atomic wings were explosively delicious. 🤤
