For my first time ever going to a wingstop and for them to be all bout there wings they didn't taste right I have had better wings at a pizza shop then the ones I got this evening I'm very disappointed cuz they have a very good reputation but to me the food wasn't all that and there voodoo fries never again will I get those the sauce tasted sour I had placed my order online and they gave me food but no napkins or a fork and a drink but no straw.. I won't be coming back that's for sure sry maybe in a couple of yrs I'll retry

Ordered food for a set time (6pm) got there at 5:55 said 10-15 which would be 6:10 at the latest. Checked at 6:10 and was told 7 more minutes, checked in 7 and still wasn’t done. Didn’t have my food until 6:30

Good food , except we had ordered the cajun corn and literally had to ask to replace it due to how much seasoning was on it , looked like someone dropped the whole can of seasoning in it. They replaced the corn but came but still over seasoned couldnt even eat it comfortably. Same thing with the voodoo fries very over seasoned couldnt eat at all.

I ordered 10 Pc classic combo while visiting Bastrop. I made sure to order online as usual, I got there 20 min later and it wasn’t ready. I had to wait 15 min more minutes, but that’s okay. Then they gave my order and couldn’t remember that the drink was included, I had to remind them. I was in hurry to drive back because I had to drive late at night 25 min to get to where I was staying. As soon as I get home ready to eat, I noticed they forgot to put ranch sauce. I was so pissed knowing that I usually enjoy Wingstop because of their ranch. It was passed midnight and didn’t want to have a long drive again just for that. I don’t know how I can get my refund on that ranch because I paid for that. They need to be more focused on people’s orders, I feel like they make a lot of mistakes

Kylah took out order at the front desk and made our experience 10 times better! The wings were great! I had an impromptu date night on a Wednesday at this wingstop and it was a good time.

Terrible service my French fry had no seasoning and all they did was tell me I could go eat again and have a free large fry lol as if that would make up for my bad service. They had no seasoning what so ever and they do not taste good like they used to I am not sure what kind of cheap frozen fry they use but it’s wack!!! Won’t be coming here again anytime soon!
