Worst management ever! At This location ,always out of items,, never correct order, staff is uncooperative and rude. This mcdonalds should be closed down until they have a clue how to run a business such as this.Yes it makes lots of money for franchisee, but the customers get nothing in return but a miserable experience every time. Whoever owner is, should be ashamed and rectify all the issues that make Bay City McDonald's the worst food establishment ever!
