“The best breakfast tacos in Bay City and I have tried most if not all of the local spot. Fresh eggs, bacon, refried beans are perfect. Everything here is delicious but most importantly it’s all fresh! The line of cars outside says it all. Highly recommend this place“
“The tacos are different, the flavor is superb and the consistency is nice and soft, alot of places in town can never get their potatoes soft but this place does, they also have a lovely patio area to enjoy your food but no indoor dining, if you want a yummy taco with potatoes this is the place!“

“My family has gone to ElZarape since the early 70s. Every chance I get to go to Bay City, ElZarape is a must. Every other Mexican food restaurant is compared to ElZarape. For me it's the gold standard. Now if they only had that pecan pie Daddy used to tease them about at the old location lol“

“Dropped by for breakfast tacos. Walkup and order at window. Service was quick. Tacos had egg, potato, cheese and bacon and were big. I think the bacon was actually fried crispy ham, very good. Quick service, good food they have a big menu so give them a try.I reccomend them.“

“I visited this cafe for the first time today! I live in Baytown and I have a home here in Palacios! Very very impressed with their breakfast! Their coffee too was delish! The flour tortillas had that grandma feel! Wow!! So glad I googled a new breakfast place and it took me there! We will return!❤️“
