I purchased an order the day before Easter for
* Rack of Ribs ( told that’s 10 - 15 ribs)
* 1 pound of sliced Brisket
* 1/2 pound of Turkey
* Pint of Corn ( butter w/ Cajun sauce)
- Rack of ribs were 8 and they were fatty, wet and appeared more baked than bbq’d
(was told by manager they smoke them three hours, then wrapped in foil….. these were smoked maybe 45 minutes and baked in foil for three hours)
