We reserved a table for 14 people and arrived 25 minutes before our reservation. The hostess said our table was still occupied, but the customers were in the process of paying their bill. After waiting 20 minutes, we asked the hostess if the table was available? The hostess went to look for our table and was gone another 5 minutes before she returned to say the staff would need about 10 minutes before it would be ready. Cactus Jack’s has an upbeat, true Texas country atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The service was excellent from start to finish. Our server, Jensen, was friendly, attentive, and exceptionally cute. Great vibes, great experience, we’ll definitely be back.
My fiancé and I loved it for our first time ever!Service was nice fast and friendly! The manager saw it was our first time and came and checked on us and laughed and talked with us ! Will becoming back most definitely!!!👍🏾 🙂😃
