So we were in the store approximately 45 minutes and all and both my wife and I separately came to the opinion that they must be severely understaffed or not trained properly or a combination of both but it was disappointing to not receive quality service. I'm writing to share an exceptional experience my husband and I had at Burger King. Just the other day, we received an incorrect order. Always very friendly service. Depending the time and day of the week, most orders are served in a timely fashion. Food is always fresh and the price is reasonable even with inflation and supply problems they must deal with. Always a pleasure to stop by and get my favorite # 3.
