I had gone through the Mont belvieu drive thru and ordered my food because I had been craving chicken express the wait time was good but when I got to the window I was greeted by a a girl she. Then proceeded to take my card to pay for my for food and just had an attitude towards me I loved the food I just didn’t appreciate the attitude I had received from her
Good but expensive for children
Ms Heather was amazing! I placed a last min huge order and she made sure it was ready by the time i got there. Her customer service is a 10/10!! Amazing! Everyone was great, they hv great team work and great customer service. Everything was packed and labeled nicely. Food was nice and warm!

Chicken Express serves delicious chicken and original-tasting drinks. The service is nice, and it's convenient to have a location in MB. The chicken stays warm and isn't greasy, making it a recommended spot. Meals come with large sides and biscuits, but be aware that condiments may come with an extra charge. The cherry pies are highly recommended, and the chicken is cooked perfectly. The manager on duty is extremely helpful, and the team members do a great job even when busy. The store is clean with a nice atmosphere, though sometimes the chicken may be darker than usual and sides like mashed potatoes or cole slaw might not be full or cold. The customer service provided by Shanika and her team makes it worth the drive.
