My people wake up before the roosters and have the best tacos in this part of Texas. Gentleman whipping up them tacos starting at 4 am. Reminds me of everyone’s uncle. ? Suzette like Selena sister just much prettier. Always a friendly smile at the register and ready to help customers needs. I been coming almost everyday since my fist day. The pan dulce is also delicious.
UPDATE: After trying many tortillas from different shops throughout Texas and New Mexico (on a roadtrip), these are the ABSOLUTE BEST I’ve had!!When the tortilla is as good as this, you know everything they make will be incredible! The barbacoa, whoa. Get their salsa and other sides as well. And of course something sweet from the bakery. The bolillos are as light as air. I was just passing through Houston looking for lunch, but I’d be back every day if I could!

The sweet bread is delicious
The only thing I didn't like is that the flour tortillas are not made by hand, they are packaged and it would be much better if they were made by hand, the tacos would have a little more flavor ?
The tacos fill them with a lot of meat that's why I give them 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
