I ordered a TexMex plate of cheese enchiladas and crispy taco which looked really good but I felt the food fell short on taste. I had to add salt and sauce to enhance the taste.

Terrible service! Worst I've had in Baytown. The menudo was bland and the pozole was watery. One spoon to taste and that's all it took. The staff said their food is not guaranteed and take it as it is. Never ever again will I step foot in there

I want to start by saying the restaurant itself is nice and clean, with a welcoming atmosphere and plenty of seating available. However, unfortunately, that was the extent of the positives in my experience.
My party and I were eager to try a new place to eat and decided to stop by after seeing the restaurant open as we passed by. Despite the restaurant being busy, there were several open tables, yet we waited about 10 minutes to be seated. Once seated, we placed our drink orders, but I noticed that the employee taking our order appeared upset or bothered, which was a bit concerning.
After a 20-minute wait, our drinks and chips with salsa were finally brought to us. We also ordered queso dip and our main breakfast dishes. Another 20 minutes passed before the queso arrived, which only happened after we reminded the staff. We then waited an additional 25 minutes for our main orders, but no progress seemed to be made on them. At this point, we decided to leave, as it was clear our food would not be arriving anytime soon.
When I approached the register to pay for our drinks, chips, and queso, I was met with a rude question from the clerk, who turned out to be the manager. She asked if we were leaving because there was something wrong with the queso, like a hair in it. I explained that we had been waiting for quite some time and were unsure if our food was going to be prepared at all. The manager’s response left much to be desired in terms of professionalism.
While the food may have positive reviews, the service and management need significant improvement. I’m not typically one to leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt compelled to share it. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and work on improving both customer service and staff attitudes. While I may consider visiting again in the future, my expectations for service are now quite low.
For those reading this, I recommend considering both the positive and negative reviews to get a full picture of what to expect.

Worst service and lemonade was bad and meat was awful I let her know supposedly the owner she said if you don’t pay I will call the cops I said call them cause it’s not about paying you ma’am I have money but your meat is spoiled will never return ever there’s plenty of restaurants here besides your establishment
