Working in Baytown for 3 days. Stopped here each day for lunch. The sandwiches were awesome. My favorite was the Cuban. The staff here was awesome as well. They gave me great suggestions all three days. I will definitely return. Highly recommend.

I understand this is a gem for locals and people love the sandwiches but my experience wasn’t the same. The customer service was good the atmosphere was quiet, but my sandwich was disappointing. I ordered a turkey club on sourdough, toasted but, after our pricey sandwich came out it looked like something I could make at home and next time I want a sandwich, I’ll just make it at home. It wasn’t toasted at all, came out in like 3 mins which tells me they didn’t take the time to make it. I understand fast service but I’m sorry, I was not happy with my sandwich. The lady upfront was very polite though. So yes, next time I’ll just stay home and make my sandwich. But on a positive note, the sweet tea was perfect.

First time going there the customer service was horrible. I was asking the server what kind of bread they had, she looked at me like I was stupid for asking. She didn't let me that they charge extra for bread, They also duoble tax you and they don't let you know that they charge extra for using the credit card. Why would you charge extra for bread if you are a sandwich shop. Was not impressed.
