Everything! Burgers are worth the money. Boudin is excellent with the right amount of spice for me.
I live in Houston and used to get my boudin @ Burt's MM, (they closed a year ago) been looking for a place to get GOOD BOUDIN since they closed. Several people recommended places, but none measured up. My daughter told me about Devillier's, so we decided to give it a try. Went for the cracklins, tasted like they had sugar on them. Not good.
