extra charge for random.. make sure they give you everything.. i was too shy to ask for my missing drink from the combo... everything is extra charge... no kidding... besides the 18% gratuity with no proper service 🤷🏻‍♀️ i was exited to try this place but ended up so disappointed....
First time here cuz I figured I’d try something else besides a burger for a change. I also wanted to support a small business. The pupusas were good so no complaint there. I ordered my food to go and the wait wasn’t bad considering it’s being made to order. My only complaint, and it’s a big one for me, is the “tip” option that you have to accept or decline. Frankly I’m tired of that BS. The ordering process is no different here than it is at a fast food place and...
I’ve given this place two chances—once, a month ago and again recently—and unfortunately, both visits were disappointing.
The food was just okay; definitely not something to rave about. The cheese pupusa lacked flavor and was overcooked, almost burnt. Service was very slow on both visits, with a 35–40 minute wait between ordering and receiving the food.
There also seemed to be a language barrier, which made communication with the staff...
