First time here cuz I figured I’d try something else besides a burger for a change. I also wanted to support a small business. The pupusas were good so no complaint there. I ordered my food to go and the wait wasn’t bad considering it’s being made to order. My only complaint, and it’s a big one for me, is the “tip” option that you have to accept or decline. I’ve given this place two chances—once, a month ago and again recently—and unfortunately, both visits were disappointing.
The food was just okay; definitely not something to rave about. The cheese pupusa lacked flavor and was overcooked, almost burnt. Service was very slow on both visits, with a 35–40 minute wait between ordering and receiving the food.

This place is one of my favorite local food place. The loroco and cheese pupusas is amazing but you can never go wrong with the chicken pupusas! I know this place has been around for a while and the food still slaps. They’ve even expanded to have a coffee bar on the side and ngl the best coffee I’ve had in Baytown!
