We had a wonderful experience at the IHOP in Orlando Universal Studios. Food was great and the service and hospitality was outstanding. I want to especially compliment Mimoun-Chouikhi for his incredible hospitality but also for his kindness. We had accidentally left our wallets in the hotel and he was so kind to let my husband run back and get his wallet. I was not feeling well and he let both of us go. He didn't make us feel bad. That kind of hospitality needs to be celebrated....read full review

The food is fresh, hot, and delicious, with specific favorites including Belgian waffles, bacon, eggs, hash browns, and the old-fashioned burger and fries. The cook prepares the eggs perfectly, and the hot chocolate is commendable. The servers, such as Alyssa and Egan, are attentive and cheerful, providing quick service and engaging conversations. Despite occasional busy times or mix-ups with large orders, the overall experience remains positive and inviting. Customers enjoy the good food, friendly staff, and relaxed environment that IHOP consistently offers.
