Disgusting customer service, call and no answer EVER, and overall horrible customer service.
This was my supposed supreme pizza, and when asked to be charged either just for a cheese, or for them to send me a new one, they couldn’t do either, because it was placed online and don’t see the orders.
So either they just let the door-dash guys go in and pick the pizzas, which seems counterintuitive to using their website to order, or they are just being obtuse.
They told me to just remind them of this when I order next time. As if.
