several reasons this location was severely disappointing... items on the kiosk weren't available such as ice cream. another patron couldn't get ice in the dining area. it was ridiculous how the customer service was handled. I didn't know what to do and the lady working wasn't saying anything. they refunded 1 ice cream cone when I bought 2. I went there to keep my grandson distracted while our car was at the tire shop. Very disappointed in our experience today.
My husband and I went to this location early this morning to get coffee and tea. We went through the drive thru. I was at the speaker box and the only one there in that lane. I kept saying hello to get someone to respond. Even my husband shouted out hello. We watched four other vehicles go through one by one getting waited on in the other lane.
