The grill cook obviously did not read the order before she threw it together because I ordered a burger with NO PICKLES, LIGHT MAYO, LIGHT MUSTARD. I got my order in less than 5 minutes. The burger was quickly thrown together, the meat was not hot, the burger was LOADED WITH MAYO, it had NO MUSTARD, AND IT HAD 4 PICKLES!!!!
IT WAS SO BAD THAT I COULD NOT EAT IT ALL, I HAD TO THROW IT AWAY.
I had been thru there a few months ago...read full review

Dairy Queen, a popular fast-food chain, provides an exceptional dining experience, as noted in recent reviews. Customers often praise the spotless bathrooms, fantastic staff, and unbelievable food. One reviewer expressed gratitude for the employees, including Miss Jamaica, who went out of their way to safeguard lost belongings, making the visit memorable. The food is consistently fresh and hot, meeting customers' expectations for quality and convenience. However, there have been mentions of order accuracy, such as with the Turtle Pecan Blizzard, which can sometimes be a challenge. Overall, Dairy Queen maintains a welcoming atmosphere and satisfying meals, making it a great choice for travelers and locals alike. The commitment to customer service is evident, with managers and staff ensuring orders are corrected and customers feel valued.
