My bad this the wrong Popeyes the service is great at this location but the food is old and nasty I bought a 20 dollars special last week and it was old the tenders was older the chicken was old the fries and red beans and rice was cold I should have checked but we shouldn't have to

No customer service...
Very disappointed. Door dashed 12 wings, biscuit, and fries. ALL THE FOOD IS OLD! Why this food look and tastes like it was cooked and left out from yesterday. Y’all just opened, so ain’t no way this food should be this bad. I can’t even get in contact with no one

I patiently waited for my food. I even parked on the other side where I was asked to wait for my order. When I got home the chicken still had wet batter on it. After waiting for just an order of tenders patiently, they where still not cooked properly.
I hate to pick up at this location.Workers are slow they never have ready the food on time.Once you get here they never ask you How they can help.Awful

Only problem was that this location inside dining was closed so I have to go through the drive-thru but it was okay.

The food was horrible. The chicken was over cooked, the rice in the red beans and rice was not cooked and the fries was old and cold. I was very disappointed. I wasn't satisfied at all. I had to throw away my money on food I couldn't consume.
