Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I ordered three fresh Spicy Chicken Sandwiches, but instead received Original Chicken Sandwiches covered in an excessive amount of spicy sauce. The sandwiches were messy, with sauce dripping everywhere and making them unpleasant to eat. I specifically requested fresh sandwiches with the correct flavor, and my order was not prepared as requested.

The fries were also cold, and the restaurant did not have any soft drinks available—only tea and lemonade.

In addition, while the cashier was preparing my food around 8:00 p.m., most of the employees were gathered in a corner instead of helping with food preparation or customer service. This was well before closing time and gave the impression that attention was not being paid to orders or food quality.

Overall, I was very disappointed with the accuracy of my order, the quality of the food, and the level of service. I would appreciate a refund or replacement and would like this matter reviewed by management.

I came on 6/5/26 around 6 something Ashley was very nice welcoming very helpful and soooo soooo kinddddd I will be back and hope she is on the shift because her customer service is amazing!!!!!!!!! Oh my gosh I was so surprised and shocked food was hot and fresh as well THANK YOU ASHLEY SO MUCH!!🩷🩷

I love this restaurant but the last 3 times ive gotten chicken from there, (I get breast), they've been dry, hard and skimpy. And the sodas have been kinda flat. I know some will say why go back...I go back because no other chicken measures up to Popeyes and I go back to this restaurant because the management and staff are the nicest employees at any Popeyes I've been to in Baytown.
