I have to leave this review because I have been to this store several times and have never received amazing customer service!! Ashley is the store manager and she is professional, courteous and kind!! Thank you for your great customer service!!
I came on 6/5/26 around 6 something Ashley was very nice welcoming very helpful and soooo soooo kinddddd I will be back and hope she is on the shift because her customer service is amazing!!!!!!!!! Oh my gosh I was so surprised and shocked food was hot and fresh as well THANK YOU ASHLEY SO MUCH!!🩷🩷
I love this restaurant but the last 3 times ive gotten chicken from there, (I get breast), they've been dry, hard and skimpy. And the sodas have been kinda flat. I know some will say why go back...I go back because no other chicken measures up to Popeyes and I go back to this restaurant because the management and staff are the nicest employees at any Popeyes I've been to in Baytown.
