The food was good. I was double charged for my meal. Went in to cancel second order. Said they could not cancel order. I asked for a number for customer service and the store manager or region manager that was sitting at the table didn't have a number or a way to call. She just said go online. Once online all you get is a virtual assistant that doesn't answer problems correctly and does not direct you to a call center. The store not having the ability to help customers at the store level is unacceptable on a company level and I hope this finds the right coporate member.

I just wanna start out by saying that Mia has awesome customer service helped me out with my order and insured me that everything was in the bag. Everyone has different opinions, but my visit was 5 star with her
Waited 30 minutes in the drive through watching multiple vehicles come and go while waiting for my food. Walked inside twice over 15 minutes to be told. We’re working on it.” Walked inside one last time and found it waiting on the counter. Who was going to tell me it was ready? Got given a free drink for waiting for food that was never going to come.
