Went to Top Tea in Baytown and got some nibbles too. Popcorn chicken has amazing crunch. Egg rolls are small but crispy and delicious. Dumplings have a crisp sear. And the fried noodles were really good, but better when we got home and the noodle had absorbed the sauce more.
