I made a big order and spent close to 70 dollars…(there was no long wait time.) I live less than 3 minutes away and my food and fries was cold and the meat patties were dry. I ordered cheese and jalapeños in burgers and they forgot to add it. Im so disappointed.

We used to love going to Whataburger but it is just not the same. The staff is always very friendly and courteous. However the fries and onion rings are never hot and fresh. If the food was made when you ordered it, like they claim then this wouldn't happen. Its just sad because the fries and onion rings used to be top tier. My fries were just old for no reason. Considering how much the meals cost per person, you have the right to fresh fries/onion rings.

Yalllllll at exactly 2 am on Oct 25th the crew that was there was immaculate! My honey butter chicken biscuit came out the best I’ve ever had it in my entire whataburger experience omggg shoutout to the cook, to the lady that did the drive through, very nice lady. And also shoutout to the associates taking care of the dine in area! Great customer service all around!!
