2 burgers both were cold first time in my life when I ate cold burgers. Mozzarella sticks were not fresh. One of the worst Arby where I have been ever.

Delicious chicken sandwich served to me today! The cashier, light skinned taller lady was very nice! I think it's a great stop to grab a hot combo meal! They were nice to customer and clean!

Pulled up at 7:40am. They said on the drive thru they open at 8:00am. Says on Google Arby's opens at 6:00am. Guess they're not cut out for breakfast hours. Go to McDonald's or some other breakfast joint.
Drove all the way here from Beaumont at lunchtime to be told at the drive thru they weren't currently open. At noon on a Tuesday?

I drove 30 minutes, one way, just to get arbys beef and cheddar. I got a digital coupon that said they were 2.50 for up to 4 of them. As I sat in my car trying to get the coupon to apply the discount to the 4 that I ordered they closed and locked the door. This was the second time I drove to this Arbys and it was the second time they closed during normal business hours. I will not return.

Apparently Arby’s at this location just opens whenever the heck they want to. It is 7:38 AM on Sunday, November 17th and we were just told that they are not opening until 8 AM and the website says they open at 6 AM every day so yeah

My bf & I have gone here a few times & it’s honestly the best arby’s i’ve ever been to. Our orders are always correct & it never takes more than 10 mins. 5/5 ⭐️
