My pretzel was awful and so was the service! The worker gave me a hard time about requesting a regular pretzel because he has to make one and he was too busy!! And I think he burnt the pretzel on purpose!!!

I was disappointed that it appeared as though the employees did not think ahead regarding having food on the menu readily available to sell. On a Sunday, it tends to be busy and if employees notice readily available food being limited, they should prepare more food in advance rather than having to wait 20 minutes for a pretzel. I will not be returning anytime soon.

This place is absolutely terrible. Pretzels are hard and stale but hey they've been in the warmer so they are warm. They've got that going for them. I told him clearly what I wanted and then he gave me the wrong thing. He had to swap them and he still didn't give me the right item. I walked off and threw it in the trash after discovering they were bad anyways lol. It wasn't worth going back in a 3rd time. Just avoid spending the 8$

2 food items ready got bites which were old and hard . coke was packed to top with ice, very little coke in cup. 2 employees, one sitting in a chair on his phone. The other employee tried to keep my change.

Worker was extremely rude for no reason I didn’t even wait got my mom back and left
Horrible customer service the guy working the register was super disrespectful over and over for no reason telling me to move when I was standing off to the side waiting for my pretzel which he was already upset about because I wanted the regular twist not bite I didn’t even wait I got my money back and when I was waiting for my money back he literally said you don’t have to stand right there. Trash customer service and you think you can get a receipt for your card transaction? No you can’t said his machine was broken.
