Customer service is ALWAYS HORRIBLE. It’s as if you’re required to have a nasty attitude to get the job. Went through the drive thru and placing an order seemed impossible with the employee screaming and playing with a co-worker. We ended up just leaving.

I gave one star because zero isn’t a option I visited the baskin and robbin on phelan a couple of weeks ago and rude is a understatement, I never been to a establishment that even if you are purchasing something you can’t use the restroom because they just cleaned it well,at least that is what I was told. I asked her what time did they close she said 11pm ,this happened at 8pm so she stated after they clean the restroom nobody can’t use it ….very unheard of but Lumberton location you guys rock ty teach the Beaumont location some professionalism please

Came around 9:30pm on a Sunday. They were already closed. The website says it’s supposed be closed at 10pm.🙃

They didn't want to serve us, they closed an hour and thirty minutes before we arrived at 9:30 pm and the closing time is until 11:00 pm

Lobby hours said open until 11pm. We arrived at 9:20 and employees closed the lobby. Terrible customer service.

If you want bad customer service, this is the place. They didnt have hot fudge, didnt talk to us properly and were addressing me and my mom like we were total strangers to what hot fudge was supposed to look like or what baskin robbins is... Gave incomplete scoops, didnt have waffle cones, and poor customer service. The girl (Johanna)taking the order needs customer service training, and told that they charge for water cup($1.07). Next time - never.

I purchased 2 scoops of ice cream. They had a good selection to choose from and I was in and out in less than 2 minutes. Probably my best Baskin Robbins experience.

Against my better judgement every single time I come here I leave regretting it. Two weeks ago I decided to give them another chance and they left me upfront for 15 minutes so I had to drive back around for my order. Today I was at Marble Slab but decided I would give them one more chance. I got back in my car and drove over to which of course they were out of the flavors I wanted so I went with Chocolate Chip only for it to not be completely filled. When she handed it to me I know she saw my facial expression but just shut the window like it was nothing. Their customer service is only decent when the manager is there so you can tell when he’s not. Today definitely was my last time.

I got there at 9:30 and they are open till 10pm and told me they closed at 9:30. Your open till 10 so you will continue taking orders till 10 its pure laziness:)

I came to this location on phelan and it was 10:45 it's literally now 10:50 and she said they are closed I asked what time they close because I knew it was 11 but she said we closed with an attitude very very rude then shut the back door all hard and forceful. I wish I had corporate number

The young girl in the afternoon has a disgusting attitude. If you want to pay $10 to not get what you ordered with a side of bad attitude, this is your go to! If you want good service, go far away from here!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Employees always seem as we are inconveniencing them. Throwing your order on the counter while rushing you when no one else is inside/drive thru and still getting it wrong. Worse part they don’t even let you finish your order and they come back more aggravated. I understand that working in customer service can take a toll on people. Dealing with people as a primary source can lead to some rough days that’s understandable, but projecting it on innocent bystanders is not the answer especially at a business establishment. This is not the first terrible experience with this establishment; same employee, same experience. The other times I let it slide and gave them the benefit of the doubt as I understand things happen, but treating others disrespectfully when they are not being disrespectful to you at all is not okay.
