The speaker in the drive thru line is very low and can barely hear anything from the employee. Not sure if the employees realize that but it’s been like that for quite some time now.

Kiosk was the only way to order when we went inside. There is only one Kiosk but it was not busy at the time. I would hope registers could be opened if it does get busy because one place to order seems counter productive. Also, the Kiosk seems to be in a weird location by the door. This seems like it could cause foot traffic to backup as people enter and leave the store. Food and drinks were made quickly and there were no complaints with the quality. Would have been more stars if the experience/atmosphere was better.

Employee was super frustrated when my husband asked simple questions before placing an order . Not sure if we just came in a bad day , but good customer service should be good customer service regardless . I hope the guys day gets better

This Baskin and Robbins establishment is very unprofessional and poorly managed. Last night I went long before closing, lights on and the gentleman told me in the drive-thru they were closed. I went a week ago and they were out of everything I attempted to order. I will drive out of the way to Marble Slab.

Hours of operation on the drive thru window state they close at 11pm. Soon as we pull in at 8 the young girl seen us step out the vehicle and locks the door ?. So we then proceeded to the drive thru where she informed us the kitchen was closed. So why stay open until 11 if 80% of the products that is offered is not available. The girls were extremely rude when I asked what time do the kitchen close. Not to mention they gave my son the wrong ice cream! Next time I will either go to Starbucks for my coffee and breakfast sandwich or Marble Slab for my ice cream!

Store is a combination Baskin Robbins and Dunkin Donuts...This has to be one of the worst run businesses I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. We moved to town recently and had great Dunkin Donuts where we are from. This one? Horrible! They are constantly out of whatever we order. Even the cooler where you can grab a drink is almost always empty.Adding insult to injury, stopped by today (Sunday). Early morning. They were out of soda, of course, so I ordered an apple cranberry cooler. Out of both apple and cranberry. They had some atrawberry5, which isn't even a choice. Fine I will have that. They made it with coconut milk, which was strange, but whatever. Also ordered a couple donuts. Remember- Sunday morning... a busy day for them... STALE and nasty donuts.Daughter needed to use the bathroom. They are roped off so customers cannot use them. Asked and was told- we don't have public restrooms.One final silliness... leaving, my daughter asked for an ice cream cone. This store also is a Baskin Robbins. Asked for a scoop of mint chip - I believe their most popular flavor. Guess what??? Yep, out of mint chip.Whomever manages or owns this place needs to go into a different line of work. Horrible Experience!

I work DoorDash and the last 2 times I've received orders for this location I have to cancel them because their kitchen has closed early. It's frustrating, especially when I have to provide non-existent store hours to cover my own butt. Thanks for nothing.

Arrived right before 9 on a Saturday night. No hours posted on the door, but website said they were open til 11. It was only my husband and I, but two people came over to help us. Then we couldn't find the spoons and had to ask. The whole thing felt really awkward. When we walked out, they locked the door behind us. So I guess they were trying to close, but like I said - no signs or hours posted. As we got in the car to go, two more cars pulled up and people tried to go inside but couldn't. The ice cream was good, but I didn't get the feeling that I want to go back.

Have never once answered the phn. Not sure if its the wrong number or not. Just trying to call ahead to see if they have waffle cones, cause they usually dont. Please order more mix! Or if thats not the real reason, please tell them to keep them made up. Cause they always just say they r out of mix.

Worst customer service ever.I want to give them zero star.Very unprofessional.They ruined my day.Didn’t made my order.When I was there to pickup the cake they said sorry we didn’t make it and we don’t know how to fix it as well.Wheb it’s time to refund they refund me half of my amount.I will never go to this location again.Better to order from somewhere else.
