My shake was bad the milk was definitely expired will definitely never come back to this establishment.

Come here all the time to get my cookies and cream shake got my usual a large Oreo when I taste it I knew it was off so went back inside and told them they insisted nothing was wrong with it asked to taste the milk it was made with and there it was the taste was the nasty milk it wasn’t expired but I’m guessing the left it out so I wanted another one with a different milk they told me nothing was wrong with the full one they just poured down the drain and wanted me to PAY AGAIN it’s ridiculous paying again for something they didn’t get right definitely never coming back this happen 7/19/23 @3pm

Charges extra for a regular cone! Corporate may allow this but it is bad business to be so selfish when 99% of your other stores aren't doing this to their customers. I hope this franchise owner loses anything and everything they've ever worked for for being so greedy!!!

What Baskin Robbins doesn't carry Peanut Butter and Chocolate ice cream??? Will never stop here, again.
