Im sitting at the counter eating breakfast the morning before Thanksgiving. The kitchen is hoppin, the ladies are running around taking care of everyone. I enjoy watching everyone work. As a truck driver i want the staff to know how much we appreciate them. The good service, the amazing food. Its rare on the road these days and this place is always one of my stops.

Servers are fantastic. It was extremely busy and they were focused on getting orders out. I didn’t see one customer upset at all. The servers did their jobs keeping customers happy and were very apologetic for the wait times. Which to be honest wasn’t that long. Brooke is amazing, very fast and efficient and always had a smile. All of them did. Definitely a 10 out of 10 on service this morning! As a truck driver it’s hard to find good service and good food. BB and Petro at Beaumont have done that today! Thank yall for keeping us truckers fed.

As a trucker will never stop by this place , standing for longtime and no one came to assist me and other guests, only one server, sınıf I can not sit right away when I’m getting my food, left to cracker barrel right in front of it , no regrets.

I went to Black Bear restaurant in El Paso Texas waitresses ignored me! I went to Black Bear restaurant In Amarillo, Texas never got asked if I wanted something to drink or ever got served! I went to the black bear restaurant in Beaumont Texas. The woman kept coming by saying she was gonna serve me my drink five different times and never did it. I am done with blackbear restaurants. I will never go back again.

Let me start by saying I love Black Bear and always enjoy each dish I try. Today was busy and I had to wait to be seated which I don't mind, it happens. However today I was disappointed. Ashley called my friend and I to be seated. My waitress was Staci. When we sat down, Staci came to table and asked what we wanted to drink, we said coffee. No water was offered. She came back with old coffee. Ashley came back and brought our food out and we asked her if there was fresh coffee and she brought back some which was much better she also brought us condiments also. We waited a little bit for Staci to bring us silverware to eat. Afterwards she never came back to check on us. Part of my friend order was wrong but we couldn't get eye contact with her. She later came back and my friend asked her to remove item from her check, Staci thought one thing but was told what the order was supposed to be. She removed fish from table and apologized. Not once did she ask if we wanted water or needed more coffee. When she came back, she brought our tickets. My friend asked if we could have some more coffee because we were still eating, I asked about water. She came back with 1 glass of water but didn't bring any coffee. Very disappointed in the service. First time experiencing this. Ashley however was appreciated for her kindness and helping us even though she wasn't our waitress. I thanked her on the way out. Regardless of my experience, I will be back because I know this is not the norm.
