I called to make an online order. I was placed on hold for 15 minutes! No one checked back with me while waiting. After speaking to the manager Tiffany, she said when you call in sometimes they are taking other orders. I walk in 30 seconds later and there were working standing waiting to have something to do. My point is one of the many that was standing around could have taken my order. I was down the street I would have gone somewhere else.

I got the spicy big boil bag and it was not spicy at all, I got the hottest they had.. The food was great just not happy with how it was not hot.

I came here for lunch and got the pirate chicken. When I received my food the chicken was so hard it made my jaw pop. When I asked if I could get fresh chicken they said that it was cooked fresh. What bullshit. Also my coworkers got the boiled shrimp plate and the shrimp was overcooked and they put butter on the shrimp when they asked for it not to be. Sad, this place use to be so good. You finally lost another customer cause they use be so busy now no one ever here.
I placed a big order and thought I was missing some items. Ended up finding the missing sausage that fell under the seat of my car. Management was very nice and still gave me extra sausage even after I told them I was wrong. Great costumer service.

I went brought food and when I got my food I wished I had ate there instead of taking out when I got my food fries looked like they had been refried they was hard and old tasting my fish was the same way I have pictures but didn’t know how to post them to the page. I’m very disappointed because when I go to boil city I’m usually satisfied but today very very disappointed with them and I feel it’s unfair if I’m spending money I expect to get quality food each time I come with my business to this company

Always wanted to try this place. So glad my husband and I did. The food was phenomenal. I had the crab boil and my husband had the fish sandwich combo. Portions are huge! Highly recommend!
