I was happy to go to Broussard lil did i know theres a new owner. I ordered the 2 meat plate with green beans rice dressing brisket and a link. The green beans were cooked well but NO seasoning. The rice dressing had NO seasoning. The link tasted very weird. The brisket was hard. I was very disappointed with this food. The new owners need to step there game up and SEASONING there food. As i was waiting on my food two of the workers were outside having a argument. They were cussing and a fussing in front of customers. I will never eat here again. I wasted my money.

I called in my order while sitting in the driveway at 10:45 am lady told me that it would be ready at 11:10 am because they didn’t open until 11. I was ok with that how ever it is now 11:35 am and I’m just getting my food. Everyone that arrived after me got Served before me and I really didn’t appreciate the ladies tone over the phone. It was like she had a attitude instead of It being a Welcome attitude almost isn’t. She didn’t wanna be there. Had I known the type of service I was gonna get before hand I would’ve never tipped I spent $$45 and was completely mishandled. The food is OK but they need to work on Service.

Out of all the places I’ve traveled this is by far the best BBQ in Beaumont. The owner was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my family had a great experience. Will definitely be going back soon!

The barbecue.was full of fat and grease! I had to throw most of it out. I don’t recommend eating at this restaurant
Ok so I visit this place often..I order the 3 meal lunch two side ..27 and some change..not bad..order at one window and get it from another..no seating no really of drinks..basically what I'm saying is no service..so why when I am paying you guys are asking for a tip? No service no tip..you are doing your job that you get paid to do. If you do extra ..il pay accordingly. Stop with the tip..I did pay a two dollar tip..I was being courteous..but people really..it is getting out of hand..sorry for the rant..great food great place..No need for tip..

The a unprofessional owner, I ordered a hot link sandwich, rib sandwich and a rib plate, my orders was wrong and he got up set and slammed the door in my face, then he had the nerve to say he was going to call the police first time at this establishment but I will never go back unprofessional and rude never apologize for the wrong order. But they say support your black peoples NEVER AGAIN and I drove from Louisiana to eat there.

Very disappointed, born and raised in Beaumont my favorite barbecue place was Simpsons which is now closed. I've been gone for 22 years, while visiting my sister I thought I might pick up some good old Beaumont BBQ and went to Broussard's. I ordered lean sliced brisket and ribs, The brisket was very fatty and I was given pieces that weren't even cut through and not edible. The ribs were tough and had very little meat. Needless to say I will never come back and waste my money again!!
