“Place was clean. Service varied based on the personal helping you. The person taking the order was great.
Coffee was totally stone cold. Did not provide stirrers for the same. The person serving us was having a hard time providing us with stirrers when requested for the same. So service needs to be improved and should not be frowned upon for asking stirrers for coffee.
The rest of the food was ok.“
“They keep being closed at night or not able to get you your app order. One rime i was told by the cook that the front xounter guy left & wasnt coming back after i was told to come back in 45 minutes due to cleaning the grill. I was told to contact the app. App people told me sorry, no refund. That's theft.
They are often out of many items. If you're not there at 6AM, you will not be able to get anything made with a biscuit. I was told that they only make a few each day and push the croissants on you.
I got there at 6:35AM once with an app order and they were out of biscuits. Only options: substitute or get nothing because app people don't refund anymore. Never had this problem at another Burger King location. Only the one in Beaumont, TX, on Phelan Boulevard.
